Supposedly already a done deal. This confuses me. Looking at the schedule this year, they put up some good offensive numbers but couldn't stop the good teams on defense. Isn't that basically what Weis was?
Granted, I haven't paid any attention Kelly over the years, but I don't really see this as a big upgrade.
