What about Tomlin going for the onside? That's the worst decision of all. Of course they won the game, but that was probably the dumbest decision in sports I can remember.
I hate to threadjack, but can you think of a dumber move that going for the onside late in the fourth quarter WITH THE LEAD?

The only thing I can think of that comes close is when Romeo Crennel called a timeout to decide whether or not to challenge a play, then challenged it, then losing the challenge, thereby losing two timeouts for nothing. But that's more just plain ol' incompetence.
