After watching him get pummeled today, which he has throughout his career, I don't know if he's even starting in, say, three years. Not saying he isn't great, but he seems like a candidate to flame out rather quickly due to injury and his style of play.

Sort of reminds me of Bernie Kosar. Obviously Roethlisberger is like 3 feet taller and 200 pounds heavier and ... ahem ... two SB rings. But Kosar's career was cut short because he took a beating for years in cold weather behind a porous line and even had similar scrambling/improvisational styles of quarterbacking.
Now Kosar is barely intelligible and trying to cut bread with a saw.

I'm sure as long as Roethlisberger has people like Hines Ward looking out for his health, he'll be just fine.
