And a one game improvement from the 2008 Crennel team. We'll probably find out today if the Browns are going to reboot and give Mangini the ouster. I sort of hope that he stays around one more year. Once they got rid of Jamal Lewis, they wen't 4-0. I don't think that's a coincidence at all.

Just don't see how you can cut him. Inherited awful QBs, team showed some promise down the stretch. I think the right decision is to give him more time.

Here are the passing yardages for the QBs in the Browns' 5 WINS:

So, maybe the players don't hate Mangini? Eh, Matt Taibbi? They gave him a Gatorade bath yesterday, FWIW.
Once they got rid of the more contemptuous personalities (Braylon, Winslow, Lewis), they appeared to be a real NFL team - QBs aside.
Still, I expect The Walrus to give Mangini the boot. They just don't seem very compatible.

Side note: has there ever been a coach as publicly humiliated as Jim Zorn?
"Zorn left team headquarters with a security escort around 4:45 a.m. without commenting, according to The Washington Post."
Couldn't they have just given him an atomic wedgie at a press conference if they wanted to strip him of any manhood he had left?
