and, for what it's worth, i could easily have done what leach did.
whiny, high maintenance kid comes to practice not dressed appropriately for what he knows he should be doing -- complete with sunglasses, emphasizing his need to stay out of the light.
put him in a cool, dark place for the duration of the practice.

seriously. i'd have done it, too. we've got a shed out on the far side of the field that they store equipment in and the players use as a locker room. pump up the AC and turn off the lights.
