I watched this today thinking "yep, same old Texas". Down by double digits for most of the game I figured they just folded again, but to see them go in lock down mode and slowly chip away at Kansas and actually WIN by double digits?
Freakin impressive.

Here we go again. Another high ranking for Texas only to start reeling at the end of the season.

I'm afraid we peaked too early. I'm hoping having a layoff before the Baylor game will help but I'm not confident.

They are who we thought they were.

I think if we played this game 10 times Texas wins 8. Arizona shot lights out from the 3 point line for the first 25 minutes of the game. And Texas still nearly pulled it out. I'm convinced that if we got the timeout on the inbounds, Texas wins the game.
Trying to let it go because we wouldn't have been able to beat Duke. But it is really difficult this time...

At this point we have to accept the fact that if Barnes doesn't have an elite PG like TJ or DJ running things, he will never make the Final Four. He just doesn't know how to run an offense without guys like that Hopefully Kapongo is like that next year, or else it'll be another first weekend flameout.
That's just the Rick Barnes reality right now.
